Please use the online booking system to book your appointment. The card required at the time of booking is used only to hold your appointment and will not be charged at the time of booking.
If you need to reschedule, cancel your appointment, or have any questions, you can reach out via text message at 408-600-6161.

Cancellation & REFUND Policy
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, as I am frequently booked back-to-back.
Appointments cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled time, as well as no-shows, will be charged 50% of the service price.
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
At Bliss Face & Body, all services and sales are final. As a solo aesthetician providing personalized, time-based services, I do not offer refunds for any reason for products or services.
By booking an appointment or purchasing a service or product, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
• No Refunds: All services rendered and products purchased are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Results May Vary: Individual results may vary based on skin type, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare instructions. Dissatisfaction with results does not qualify for a refund.
• Consultation Responsibility: It is the client’s responsibility to disclose all relevant medical history, allergies, medications, and skin conditions prior to treatment. Failure to do so does not qualify for a refund.
• Service Satisfaction: If you have concerns about your service, please communicate them during your appointment so adjustments can be made in real time when possible.
• Prepaid Services & Packages: All prepaid services, packages, and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
